Plenty of riders have already made their way to Bilbao, with more arriving through tomorrow ahead of the full team briefing in the evening. It’s hot and beautiful and there’s a tangible buzz of excitement in the air. Some have made it as far as the Gugenheim, others as far as the nearest bike shop/bar/restaurant for tapas. It’s a chance to soak up the Spanish culture.

Bilbao has embraced all things yellow and cycling! There are wonderful decorations throughout the city helping to make us really feel a part of the pro event. As we travel through Northern Spain and into France, we can expect to see more and more of these (always a good excuse for a fun photo-bomb).

Our fantastic team of mechanics, physios, massage therapists, medics, and drivers are getting into position. It’s already been a long week for them!
