Mechanical supportMy bike broke. I was given a gorgeous new bike to ride (better than my own!) and then one of the many smiling mechanics mended my own bike and had it ready for me by the next feed stop. And he remembered my name. Incredible!

The food is amazingFrom breakfast to dinner and all the amazing feed stops in between, I ate like a king. I have never seen such fantastic snack stops before -proper meals and huge variety. It made the trip.

Physio, massage, medical supportThe support goes all the way. It's medical support and moral support above and beyond. I loved my chats with the physios and massage therapists and the doctors have just the right level of care and humour. I didn't expect such great medical support on an event this size and am very impressed. Thank you.
